Join us for a feel-good workshop combining the art of kombucha brewing with a calming yoga session.
We'll start with Claire from Ermana, who will guide you through the basics of making your own kombucha at home. Discover how this naturally fermented drink is made, learn about the fermentation process and explore how to create your own delicious flavour combinations.
You'll have the opportunity to sample a selection of kombucha flavours, including some seasonal favourites and festive ferments, giving you plenty of inspiration to experiment with your own brews at home. Whether you're a complete beginner or already a kombucha fan, you'll come away with the knowledge and confidence to get fermenting.
Following our brewing session, Nicola will lead a gentle, calming yoga practice designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body and quieten a busy mind. No pressure, no expectations – just time to breathe, stretch and relax.
A lovely opportunity to learn something new, enjoy some delicious flavours and take a little time for yourself.
What to expect:
- An introduction to kombucha and the fermentation process.
- Learn how to brew your own kombucha at home and take home a starter kit
- Explore flavour combinations and sample a variety of ferments, including festive flavours.
- A calming, accessible yoga session led by Nicola.
- Time to slow down, connect and enjoy a little mindful self-care.
No previous kombucha-making or yoga experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to unwind!

I love this cleansing oil as it feels luxurious going on and using the muslin cloth and some hot water to remove it is so easy, my skin feels soft and nourished afterwards instead of tight and dry as with most other cleansers I have tried. The ermana cleansing oil leaves my skin feeling cared for.

Gorgeous cleansing oil, so gentle, removes dirt and make up really effectively, leaving skin happy and nourished. I have sensitive and irritable skin and this works really well for me - also smells beautiful. Just like all Ermana products, it's magic!

I have been using this cleanser since it was created, and anytime I use any other, I have been bitterly disappointed, smells divine, effective but gentle at the same time. Best used with a warm damp face cloth. I love the Ermana face cloths too as they very gently exfoliate whilst you cleanse.
This cleansing oil takes EVERYTHING off your face without stripping it of the good stuff.
When I use it on clients too during facial massage, it always gets an OOOOOOH.
