Nicola and Claire are a delightful duo, blending their skills perfectly to offer safe, peaceful, relaxing yet informative sessions. I melted into tranquility during the yoga nidra and then listened to interesting facts about gut health and small steps I could take for beneficial changes.
The sessions made me feel appreciated by my employer — relaxed, valued and recharged
Nicola and Claire created such a warm, calming atmosphere. Every detail felt thoughtful.
Yoga nidra was delightful — I felt grounded and calm for the rest of the day
I loved the slower pace and feeling of being able to pause.
The gut health talk was myth-busting and engaging — and the healthy treats were a brilliant touch.
