How to use
- Warm a small amount of Soothe Mama Balm in your palms until it melts. Remember, a little goes a long way due to its oil-based formula.
- Massage it into your baby bump and any areas craving some tender loving care. Gently massage until fully absorbed.
- Soothe Mama Balm is particularly well-suited for sensitive skin types and is safe for use on eczema and dermatitis.
Ingredients
Shea butter with vitamins A and E to moisturise and heal.
Cocoa butter to hydrate, soften and protect the skin. Also an excellent antioxidant skin care treatment.
Coconut oil with vitamin D and fatty acids to hydrate, repair and soothe.
Sweet almond oil with vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and E, to moisturise, condition and promote a healthy complexion.
Beeswax to hold moisture in the skin and reduce dryness.
Additional Info
Ermana balms may have a slight grainy texture. This is because we use natural shea and cocoa butters. When the butters are heated and then cooled, small grains can sometimes form. The product is still fine to use and the grains will melt on contact with the skin.

Like every Ermana product I have used this one does not disappoint. My skin was in much need of something as it was all dry and tight due to seasonal differences I think. This wee miracle pot has sorted it right out. I've been using it once a week and it's made a huge difference. (also , I doubt it's recommended, but when a bit gets in my mouth it tastes AMAZING!!)
