When will my products be shipped?

We make all Ermana product by hand and we like them to be as fresh as possible for you.

We aim to ship your products within 1-2 days. However, as we are a small business, there may be occasional small delays if we’re handling large orders and at peak sales times. However we promise to do everything in our power to get your products to you on time.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.

How will I know once you’ve sent my products?

We’ll send you an order confirmation email once your order and payment has been received.

We’ll then send you a second email confirming completion and shipment of your order. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at hello@ermana.co.uk

What do I do if my products haven’t arrived?

If, for some reason, your order hasn’t arrived please contact us at hello@ermana.co.uk.

I’ve received my products and I’m not happy with them. What can I do?

We are sure that you will love Ermana products however if you feel that they are not suitable for you then please email us straight away at hello@ermana.co.uk. We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

How “Organic” are your products?

We try where possible to use organic materials to make our product and we are working towards COSMOS accreditation. However some essential oils are not available organically.

At the moment this is an area which has yet to have clear guidelines and some companies call their product “organic” when they only have 1 organic ingredient. Ermana product uses organic base products like Shea, Cocoa and Coconut butters in our balms which make up the largest percentage of the product.

We can guarantee that all Ermana products are 100% natural and free from sulphates, parabens, artificial colours and fragrances. If there’s anything else you want to know, please email us at hello@ermana.co.uk. We will aim to get back to you within 2 working days.

Do you test on animals?

No. We don’t believe in testing on animals. All our products have passed cosmetic testing so they are safe to use however animals are not involved in any way.

Do you have any Vegan products?

All our face and body oils are Vegan however our balms contain some beeswax so cannot be classed as Vegan.

How long will my products last?

Our products are stamped with BBE date. However we recommend that you use our products within 6 months of opening. Our products do not contain water so they will not degrade quickly. We use vitamin E as a natural preservative and we use amber glass jars to protect the oils from sunlight. However, please try and store them in a cool, dry place to protect the natural ingredients inside.

Why have some of the products changed consistency?

Ermana balms may have a slight grainy texture. This is because we use organic Shea and Cocoa butters. When the butters are heated and then cooled, small grains can sometimes form. The product is still fine to use and the grains will melt on contact with the skin.

If the balm has melted due to being stored in a hot environment, then simply pop it in the fridge for 30 mins and it will become hard again and ready for use.

How do I recycle my empty bottles and jars? 

We consciously use glass bottles and jars so they can be recycled  You can choose to re use or recycle yourself or you can take advantage of our recycling scheme. Once you have 5 empty bottles and jars, drop us an email to let us know and we will send you a free postage label to send them back to us. Then remove all lids/dispensers and package them safely in a box no bigger than 450mm x 350mm x 160mm. You can either drop off at the post office or use one if Royal Mail parcel postbox locations 

Once we receive your empty bottles and jars, we will send you a discount code for 10% off your next purchase.
