Morning Yoga Flow (45 mins)

• Grounding, breath-led movement
• Focus on releasing tension and opening up the body

Herbal Tea Break
Hot Tub & Infrared Sauna Experience
• Ease into the warm waters of the outdoor hot tub overlooking the farm
• Move into the infrared sauna for deep heat, detox and relaxation
• Alternate between hot tub and sauna if desired
• Towels and robes provided
Gut-Healthy Seasonal Lunch
• Nourishing, anti-inflammatory and fermented foods
Kombucha or herbal infusion
Guided Facial Ritual with Ermana Skincare
• Cleanse, tone and deeply nourish using Ermana’s natural oils
• Learn facial massage techniques for lymphatic drainage and glow
• Focus on ritual, relaxation and reconnecting with your skin

Really happy I bought this. After gently exfoliating my skin this product then dissolved completely and after washing it off my skin felt beautifully soft. It’s so lovely to use such a natural product.
The contents did settle in transit so I stirred it in the pot and it was then as it should be so you may need to do the same
Really nourishing for skin. I was getting a lot of spots when I was using my previous cleanser but cleared up almost immediately on using this one. Keeps skin soft and hydrated instead of stripping it. Really recommend and great for those with sensitive skin. I purchased the travel sized one to test it but I will definitely be buying the full size one now.

I bought a range of products, mainly for gifts, but did buy a couple for myself. They smell wonderful and are really great to use.
Like every Ermana product I have used this one does not disappoint. My skin was in much need of something as it was all dry and tight due to seasonal differences I think. This wee miracle pot has sorted it right out. I've been using it once a week and it's made a huge difference. (also , I doubt it's recommended, but when a bit gets in my mouth it tastes AMAZING!!)

I bought this in the hope that I'd find a product I could stick with long term, and not having used oil before was a bit unsure what to expect. I love it, my skin feels lovely, healthy and soft. And as other reviewers have said it doesn't feel 'oily'! The smell makes me smile everytime I use it.
