09:30 – Arrival & Welcome
• Herbal teas & gut-friendly snacks
• Brief introduction to the day
• Set an intention
10:00 – Morning Yoga Flow (45 mins)
• Led by Nicola @ngt_wellness
• Grounding, breath-led movement
• Focus on releasing tension and opening up the body
• Suitable for all levels
10:45 – Transition & Herbal Tea Break
11:15 – Hot Tub & Infrared Sauna Experience
• Begin with a guided breath session to prepare
• Ease into the warm waters of the outdoor hot tub overlooking the farm
• Move into the infrared sauna for deep heat, detox and relaxation
• Alternate between hot tub and sauna if desired
• Towels and robes provided
12:30 – Gut-Healthy Seasonal Lunch
• Nourishing, anti-inflammatory and fermented foods
Sample Menu:
– Warm grain bowl with roasted seasonal veg.
– Fresh sourdough
– Kombucha or herbal infusion
13:30 – Guided Facial Ritual with Ermana Skincare
• Cleanse, tone and deeply nourish using Ermana’s natural oils
• Learn facial massage techniques for lymphatic drainage and glow
• Focus on ritual, relaxation and reconnecting with your skin
14:30 – Nature Walk or Grounding Time (Optional)
• Gentle group walk around the farm and fields
• Alternatively: journalling, lying in the meadow or breathwork with a view
15:00 – Yoga Nidra (40 mins)
• Guided deep rest practice
• Supports nervous system reset and integration of the day
• Leaves guests feeling restored, clear and centred
15:40 – Closing Circle & Herbal Tea
• Reflection and shared takeaways
• Wellness tips to take home: skin, gut and nervous system care
• Small Ermana goody bag for each guest (mini oil, facial gua sha tool, wellness card)
16:00 – Depart
• Guests leave feeling grounded, radiant and restored
