Your home away from home

Nestled on the shores of Loch Goil, Lochwood House gives us the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect and enjoy some proper breathing space.

Surrounded by woodland, water and fresh Scottish air, the house is warm, welcoming and made for gathering together.

There are cosy communal spaces, a beautiful dining room, wood-burning stoves, loch views and plenty of places to curl up with a cuppa or simply enjoy the view.

Outside, there's the loch, woodland and space to explore, while the Wild Spa gives us the opportunity to properly switch off and reset.

This is somewhere to leave the busy-ness behind.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. You don't need to know anyone else coming. You can book a private room.

Can I come with a friend?

Yes. Let us know who you'd like to share with when you book and we'll arrange the room accordingly.

Do I have to take part in everything?

No. This is your retreat. Join the activities that appeal to you and use the rest of the time to rest, explore or simply enjoy Lochwood.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes for yoga and movement, outdoor clothing and shoes, swimwear, something warm for the evenings and anything you need to make yourself feel at home.

What about dietary requirements?

Please tell us about any dietary requirements or allergies when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Is the retreat suitable for beginners?

Yes. The programme is designed to be welcoming and accessible, with modifications offered where appropriate.

How many guests will there be?

We're keeping this retreat small, with a maximum of 12 guests.

What if I want a private room?
