Claire will guide you through a revitalising facial massage using natural skincare, focusing on techniques that relieve tension, reduce puffiness, and ease stress. You’ll experience calming acupressure and facial reflexology, along with sculpting massage techniques to lift and nourish your skin, leaving you refreshed.
Nicola will then lead a peaceful yoga session, embracing the season’s stillness and grounding your body and mind. Set in a cosy studio, the session will feature restorative postures and breathwork to release tension and foster resilience. Concluding with a calming Yoga Nidra, you’ll leave feeling reconnected and restored.

Like every Ermana product I have used this one does not disappoint. My skin was in much need of something as it was all dry and tight due to seasonal differences I think. This wee miracle pot has sorted it right out. I've been using it once a week and it's made a huge difference. (also , I doubt it's recommended, but when a bit gets in my mouth it tastes AMAZING!!)

I bought this in the hope that I'd find a product I could stick with long term, and not having used oil before was a bit unsure what to expect. I love it, my skin feels lovely, healthy and soft. And as other reviewers have said it doesn't feel 'oily'! The smell makes me smile everytime I use it.

My skin absolutely LOVES it. My very dry and irritable skin drinks this oil up; it's so easily absorbed. It smells like an expensive facial and leaves my skin feeling so happy! I now cannot live without it and have bought 3 bottles so I have one in every bag!
