Why Ermana Chooses Water-Free Skincare: The Power of Plant Oils and Butters

Your skincare doesn't always need more water. Sometimes it needs more of what your skin actually needs. At Ermana, we have always done things a little differently. You won't find traditional moisturising creams or lotions at the heart of our skincare range. Instead, we choose water-free, oil-based formulations made with plant oils, butters, waxes and essential oils. Why? Because we believe skincare should be concentrated in the ingredients that support the skin, rather than using water as the main ingredient. And this is particularly relevant as our skin changes through midlife.
