By booking and attending our workshop, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all participants.

2. Workshop Details
Dates and times: The specific details of the workshop (dates, times, location) will be provided at the time of booking. Materials: All necessary materials will be provided unless otherwise stated. Participants may be asked to bring specific items, which will be clearly communicated in advance.

3. Booking and Payment
Booking: To secure your place, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Payment methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will not be eligible for a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person. Please inform us of the change at least 24 hours before the workshop. Organiser Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by us, a full refund will be provided. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel expenses).

5. Health and Safety
Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines provided during the workshop. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements in advance.

6. Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the workshop, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Participants are responsible for their own belongings. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the workshop, including handouts and digital content, are for personal use only and must not be reproduced or distributed without our permission.

8. Code of Conduct
We aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

9. Privacy Policy
Any personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the workshop. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
